“It was a lovely time. The cottage had everything we needed. And it was very clean, warm and cozy.”

“Home was spacious, serene, with gorgeous views and a family of Bald Eagles in the nearby trees. Home is well stocked with anything a family or couple might need. The kitchen is one of the most complete kitchens we have enjoyed. We were notified before our reservations that we would not be able to use the oven due a recent problem with maintaining oven temperature. The management team was very responsive to our requests and provided us with a portable oven to use which met our needs. The home……

“A very deep cleaning of the bedroom window sills..had lots of mouse droppings and mouse hair..a health hazard. The toilet tank and bowl barely got cleaned. The counters and fridge were sticky and someone sprayed an entire can of air freshener to cover up what smell like smoke. Also the living room sofa is so bad..you sink down 6 inches..which gave us back aches. We sat on the dining chairs or the floor. The sofa cushions had lots of hair and crumbs..not cleaned. It appeared to us that the maid……

“i loved loved loved the place! it was cozy, with everything you needed, including s’mores for the fire pit! the bed is soft, but i love a soft bed so it worked for my partner and i. the only thing i didn’t realize is it’s a stones throw away from the main house, but i think that it’s also a rental house and i didn’t see anyone the entire time. overall, 100% will stay here again!”
