“I had a r horrible experience with this property. First, it was freezing outside and we could not get in the key box despite putting in correct code. Tried to call owner but could only message. After repeatedly telling owner that correct code was in but it didn’t work, someone was directed over to check and confirm what I had told. We waited in clubhouse with rental agent(technically not her problem to deal with) who spoke to owner and let us in with agent key. She said someone would be there……

“This is a second-level corner apartment, newly renovated, new appliances. My little family celebrated Thanksgiving there with a full oven for turkey. All cookware was there. It was a convenient place to provide my college student some time away from her dorm. ”

“We chose this location to be near family and friends. The apartment was clean and comfortable!The check in and out was very convenient. The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. Thank you so much to our host, we loved using the space and highky recommend this group!I was able to use the grill”

“It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.”
