“Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! Would stay here again !!!”

“We chose this location to be near family and friends. The apartment was clean and comfortable!The check in and out was very convenient. The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. “It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.”

“We had an amazing stay at this house! The property owner made the home so inviting and homey. Everything was available, no detail was forgotten! Makeup towels, laundry basket, wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils, blankets in the living room, coffee, tea, sugar, Splenda, etc. All details were covered to make an excellent stay! “Overall the property met the standards of the description. They had a pipe burst in the basement the night before we checked in. Owners did communicate that to us the day of check in. The house had a musty smell to it, but unsure if that is normal or just from the recent water issue. Some of the doors to the bedrooms didn't close right, but again not a major issue. The house was good for the few nights we needed somewhere to sleep. ”
