“Had a great stay”

“Just a perfect amazing experience from the second you walk in the door. Beautiful historic building. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The wine and cheese happy hour with piano player was fantastic. Room was incredible - we stayed in Treetop Suite and I highly recommend. Breakfast was gourmet and cooked to order. We noticed most guests have been coming there for many years - I can see why. Add us to that list of regulars!”

“Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. Trees for shade planted and in a few years will be great in the summer. Great location. Close to downtown Great Barrington. Across the street from a nice park with……

“Little Lion Inn provides very basic services in very clean facilities with a welcome atmosphere at the Red Lion Inn. a few miles up the road. There is nothing very remarkable about the property — but the Berkshires provide plenty of opportunities for beauty, well designed gardens, places to walk and relax.”

“The setting for this bed and breakfast was what you think of when you think of bed and breakfast - quaint setting - rustic accommodations in a country environment. Bring your computer or a book - no TV in the room. The only "complaint" is that breakfast was sparse. We thought she said, "yogurt, fruit, and granola" but when we looked in the around the common kitchen/frig we didn't see any granola. There were 2 containers of yogurt and a small bowl of blueberries. We weren't sure the other stuff……

“Bert was great - he really tried to help after the Expedia website (and app) made it impossible for me to cancel my trip (my wife and I came down with Influenza A). There was little he could do as I had booked through Expedia. I ended up paying full price and am finding it impossible to communicate with Expedia...”

“Very nice stay at a place about a five-mile drive from downtown Rhinebeck. The modern inn did not breakfast and snacks were not available, however the room was well stocked with coffee and tea. Harlow is among the trending lodgings where the innkeepers are not always around. However we stayed on a Thursday and Friday night so its possible things might have been a little different on the weekend.”
