“We loved the view, so pretty! The spider webs in the corners of ceilings were a conversation. The cleaning crew probably needs to address those. The floors and shower doors need some repairs. We noticed tape on part of the moldings, etc. Just some dated issues that could easliy be fixed but should be. ”

“This is a great house. Better than what I expected. Well stocked with everything you would need. Owner communication was always very timely. We had an issue with the pool, murky and cloudy, but owner had technician come out the next day to take care of issue. Good location, very close to super market and short drive to beach. Get to beach early as parking was difficult after 10am. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Nice, clean home! They do need to update the listing as this is NOT a 4 bedroom, only 3 total. No instructions on how to turn the pool on which led to chilly water and no swimming during our stay. Our fault though for not reaching out to the property management company to find out how. House is a tiny bit dated but VERY clean. Would recommend.”

“Quiet area close to everything. The kids loved the pool. Hosts were quick to respond with any questions. The layout of the house gave everyone their own space (3 adults - 3 teens). Enjoyed every minute.”

“The home was perfect in every way. We loved the huge, well heated pool. The beds were soooo comfy. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. Our daughter and her boyfriend used the bikes provided and that was awesome for a trip to the beach, and shops, and ice cream. The area was great too. We saw lots of wildlife including manatees, dolphins, gators, pelicans and so much more. We visited several beaches and used the beach chairs that were provided in the home. We had so much……

“Our stay was nice. We had two adults and two teens in our group. The house was nicely decorated and had all the necessities for a relaxing week. However, the notes on the AC thermostats were a bit confusing. It stated to keep AC at 72, however, the twin guest room was uncomfortably warm. We did text and get permission to lower thermostat. Also, Prepare to buy more toilet paper! The pool was nice , not as updated as the house, but it was refreshing. All and all nice stay.”

“This house was perfect for our extended family get together. We all fit perfectly with 5 adults and 5 children. The pool and dock were perfect for daily swimming and fishing! Everything on the island is 10 minutes from going to the beach, boating (at Dolphin Marina) and dining a breeze. The food in Marco island is some of the best we have ever had We had the best time in this wonderful home. No need to make sure you have pool toys, plenty of towels, beach chairs, bikes fishing poles it’s……

“The house was great. Great open concept living area for all our kids. The gas range in the kitchen and the gas grill outside on the back porch were awesome as we did a lot of cooking. The back porch is, of course, enclosed just like the pool. And when we were not on our boat, we were in the pool or on the porch. The host and property management folks were very responsive, even letting us know about inclement weather. We rented a pontoon boat and so having the dock was great, too. In late July,……
