“As first timers to Everglades City, not sure what to expect, we fell in love with the area! Thing to do if you want, or just sit and relax by the pool. Restaurants in the area were amazing. And it’s a nice drive to Goodland or Marco if so desired. We sat out on the screened porch a lot, and enjoyed the location of the condo. Kim is so very attentive to anything you may need! ”

“We had an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The owner was very polite and easy ro communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future. ”

“Esplanade by the Island is a new community and is exceptionally beautiful, well maintained and the people living there were so friendly. The villa was fanastic. It is decorated with the Florida theme, the host ensuring every room was comfortable and charming. The kitchen is well stocked for making any type of meal. As for going to the beach or pool, all necessary items are there for your use. We definitely plan to visit again!”
