“The Copper Harbor Peninsula is so quiet this time of year, exactly what I was looking for. The well-equipped house was easy to find and access and perfectly set up. It was just me this trip - hoping to spot some aurora - and this was a perfect getaway. The view of the lake was great, I enjoyed the deck on the couple days weather allowed. “The Little Brown House was exactly what we needed. We came up to pick up our son from Michigan Tech. I was very appreciative of the recliners because I have a medical condition in my lower back that causes pain when I have to sit up straight. Having a recliner allows me to be comfortable. The property was very well maintained and clean. My only complaint, and I realize it is just me, is the bed was way to firm for me, just a persal preference. “Immediately upon walking in, my boyfriend & I adored the fun decor & MI rock collection. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, the bed was super comfortable, & the building location was fantastic! (Just minutes from several local cross-country ski tracks & some of my favorite rock hounding locations!) The only issue we ran across is that the shower likely needs replacing. But overall, really enjoyed our stay & we hope to be back in the future!”

“This place was absolutely incredible, out in the country, private setting, and the deer come right up to the porch, or you can see them in the forest. Next to you can see the lake from inside and they leave binoculars in there for you to look at the lake . We saw a bug eagle from a many dears.It was awesome .. It's only a few minutes from the lake period very comfy, a lot of room and we will definitely be back”
