“Easy (country road) 10 minutes to downtown Blacksburg. While we only had three adults on this trip and a small pooch, this home has plenty of sleeping and living space for several more. “Loved our stay! If you’re looking to escape the craziness of life and enjoy the calmness of nature, this is the place to do it! It rained quite a bit during our stay but that didn’t take away from our experience one bit! Listening to the rain from inside the yurt was quite peaceful. “The location was quiet and beautiful! A quick and beautiful 10 minute ride and we were at our campus tour! We enjoyed hearing roosters, woodpeckers and a few pups barking in the early morning and seeing the cows across the field and even a few other animals. “This was a great spot to relax. They have a really well put-together binder of area recommendations and a trail map of paths on the 12-acre property.
