“This house is in a beautiful setting, is very clean and well maintained. We had 12 Adults and 6 children staying in the house and it was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked and has many appliances. There is plenty of dining space. The hosts are exceptional to work with and are there to make sure issues (if any) are resolved. This stay exceeded our expectations.”

“This home was the perfect location for our needs. We were close to family and friends in the heart of West Jordan. Plenty of food and coffee places nearby. Numerous stores and shops are available in the immediate area for anything and everything you may craving. The house is large and accommodating for larger groups and was very roomy for our group of 4. Loved the convenience of two full baths, a kitchen to ourselves, best of all we also had full access to the garage! Loved that since we were……

“We had a great stay in Cottonwood! Excellent location, close to grocery store and near mountains. ”

“We arrived to location office was closed. We went back to reservation and had to call. Apparently the system did not book it correctly or something. We did get a room but not the one we reserved. My only issues were it was super hot and took about 2 hours to really cool down. Having to have a code to go up and down elevator was a pain and the floors in the apartment were dirty. There was also only 1 TV with external Roku- which was fine but was not able to turn it off or volume controls without……

“At first glance it seems to be accurate to listing. It was a bit disappointing for a couple of reasons. The outdoor space is what solidified my decision to rent the house. The listing promotes this outdoor area and shows some great pictures, however, the space is extremely neglected, not clean, maintained or ready for use. It was May and beautiful weather to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails but the chairs and cushions were extremely dirty. Debris, branches, leaves, dirt everywhere. Not……
