“We went to tour the University of Utah and also wanted to get to know SLC and the home was well situated for both. The first day, we walked in to the city center and had lunch and did some shopping. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It truly is a “perfectly located bungalow”. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Groceries are within 5 minutes. Great city attractions are close by. “Great location. Easy check in and check out. Accommodating. Good parking on site. Mostly great stay except for a few annoying issues. The water pressure was so high it was painful to shower. The bathroom floor upstairs was warped so when you tried to shut the bedroom door leading in it scraped and made the loudest sound which awakened people at night. “This was such a great place to stay over spring break. It was a great central location for visiting downtown Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas. “We stayed for 4 nights at the property and the house had everything that you needed and the host was very kind and timely with check in/ out information. Responded quickly with messages as well. House was greatly separated if you have sleepers who like to get up early or like to sleep in. Home smelled nice and fresh and bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were very put together and clean upon arrival. ”

“Wonderful space to stay for a few days. It is a staffless location, so if there are any issues it is almost impossible for get in contact with someone. There were stains on the floor, I was unable to control the temperature, and there wasn’t a welcome packet I could refer to on how to use the keypad to lock the door. Overall, the bed was comfortable, great amenities, and good location. I also love how it is women-owned, I just wish I had some contact to reach out about some issues I experienced.……
