“I hate writing negative reviews but I want others to know issues they would run into if they stay at this property. They charge $50 per guest per day if anyone visits, which is not listed anywhere. The pool is not clean and very murky, the grill was dirty it was unusable, there is no railing on the stairs, the second bathroom is unusable so it should list as 1.5 baths, two of the beds are very used uncomfortable futons, the AC does not keep up on a warm day, and they didn’t notify us of the……

“Eight of us were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. We needed some filters for the coffee pot, and there were no sheets for the futon. ”
