“The layout of the house was really nice. 4 upstairs bedrooms and the loft, which has 2 queen mattresses. The kitchen was well stocked. The property was fun for the kids to play in the snow and the drive to the mountain wasn’t bad, especially if you take the sky ship lift. If the property had been well cleaned before our arrival it would deserve an excellent rating, but it wasn’t and had some very dirty areas. ”

“We traveled to NH to see the ice castles and have a mini winter cabin experience and this fit the bill perfectly. All the comforts of home but also that rustic feel. No Verizon cell signal is nice for a change - but WiFi keeps you from being stranded too. Thanks for a great place to stay! ”

“This was a lovely inviting piece of history to stay in! The amenities were wonderful, the host very engaged with being sure we had what we needed. “We went up to this area to do some skiing at Mount Sunapee. This cottage is close to the mountain, We wanted a dog friendly listing. This was perfect for our 3 labs and their crates and 3 adults. The mud room entrance is awesome for keeping the cottage clean and storing ski/snowboard boots. The cottage is beautifully decorated (like out of a magazine) and seems “like-new”. The beds are very comfortable and we had a great time cooking, playing games and watching movies. The host provided us……

“This is our third stay in this beautiful place and we are already planning next year. My 10 year granddaughter said it feels like home. There was no snow predicted but we enjoyed a lovely squall. “The house was cute and comfortable. I loved the old feel of it. The location was remote and serene, and we enjoyed the sound of the river across the street while chatting on the porch.
