“Stayed here years ago and was not nearly as cleaned up as it is now and the staff are very nice and not difficult to deal with like the other motel in town.”

“We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next……

“I visit Springfield at least once a year, this is my second stay at the hartness house, I’ve stayed in the mansion and in the hotel, I have been very happy with both options. The mansion is stunning and enjoying a coffee and pastry in the mansion in the morning is lovely. I’m glad to see this historic building being taken care of so thoughtfully. ”
