“Nice, clean upkeep. The game room was fun. Appliances were clean and up to date. Really enjoyed being close to the Stockyards and good restaurants. Enjoyed the jacuzzi! Most definitely returning for a longer pool experience with the warmer weather to come.”

“Our graduation celebrants of fourteen adults and one infant ranged in age from eight months to 94 years. The property exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. The host, Sarah O, was readily available to answer all my questions prior to our stay, as well as making sure an infant crib and high chair were available. Although the six and a half bathrooms were initially the main attraction, we found an immaculate, well-appointed and provisioned home that perfectly accomodated us. Our guests……

“I enjoyed my stay, but there are a few things that I wanted to mention. The Keurig did not have a filter so it was beeping that it needed to be descaled leaving me with the impression that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a Britta water filter jug in the refrigerator that the filter hasn’t been changed. I recommend getting a new one or just throwing it out.. the website says central AC and heat. The heat was a space heater and the cord got really hot.. . I believe the cute yellow……

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“The house was very clean and well laid out inside. The Pool was smaller than the pictures made it appear and the spa is only a spa, the spa Does Not get Hot because it is only a spa not a hot tub, we should have read better when booking but I am leaving this on here in case it helps someone else. ”

“We were in town for a graduation ceremony and were only there overnight. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. It wasn’t a problem for us , but if you only reserve 1 bedroom, know that you will have to share the bathroom with another guest. The owner is an artist and her work is through out the premises. It’s a charming property. The apartment was too cold for us , and the owner was quick to respond and turn up the thermostat.”

“House was clean, owner/manager, Tal, was very responsive. All our needs were met. The construction directly in front of house was a little annoying, but at no fault of the property owner and it is temporary. The ONLY inconvenience was the bathroom/tub/shower. The shower head leaked, so you could not take a bath without getting wet and there was no stopper in the tub. There were plenty of towels and hand towels, but there were no wash cloths.The only other inconvenience/suggestion is to give……
