“This house is amazing. It was perfect for 10 adults and 10 kids under 12. Great dormitory bedroom for the older kids to sleep and wrestle. Nice kitchen. kitchen towels would be niceCoffee pot instructions would be helpful.Coffee grinder does not work.Bathroom door next to the big bedroom the latch sticks and trapped one of the kids ”

“Beautiful home…very clean, neat and well stocked. Very nice area, close to airport and restaurants. We were a group of 3 couples and had plenty of space for all… we went to the FWSSR which was so fun and enjoyable. Our host was very helpful and quick to reply to us. Highly recommend this home!”

“Overall, everything was great, however, the great room tv was in Spanish and there were no instructions or way to change it. Additionally, when we stepped outside the house, sitting in the driveway, there was a blocker preventing us from using our navigation system until we reached the Exxon station on the corner. (Note: The shower door in the master bathroom needs repair. It won't stay closed when taking a shower and there is a loose tile on the inside at the shower entrance.) ”

“The property was nice. Great location for enjoying the stock yards. Spacious. Comfortable clean beds. Not sure if this property is the property managers full time residence or not. It wasn’t particularly an issue for us. Just lots of personal items in the home. We still had room for our things and all. Just was worried about not disturbing their things. ”

“Property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's very close to shopping, the airport, & Amusement Park. Clean & comfy for 6. The couches are a bit hard & wouldn't recommend sleeping unless a child. It could use a few blankets for the colder evenings We took a Cowboys tour & game which is 30 minutes with traffic. The Stockyard is Amazing and full of history. I would stay here again! ”

“Just a few blocks to downtown Grapevine! Wonderful layout with two “wings”. Master bath & bedroom on one side and two beds & bath on the other. Fenced yard is a major plus for our 2 puppies. Wine from the host was a lovely surprise. Double oven also a plus! ”

“Beautiful property, well maintained. We met there as a business team and had plenty of space to work. Kitchen was well-equipped (best I have seen). Everything was clean and tidy.The only negatives were the two king beds in the master suites. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the topper made it worse. The contract you are required to sign is extremely tight and wouldn't allow us to have a couple of other business associates over to meet.A great place for a big family gathering.”
