“Instalação interessante o quarto tem um bom tamanho mas não tem geladeira, o banheiro é micro você tem que fechar a porta para usar o vaso sanitário. Não pode levar nada de comida para o apartamento, Penso que falta um pouco de carinho no cuidado principalmente na área externa. Tem um excelente restaurante e um café da manha bonzinho para ao que se propõe. ”

“The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,……

“El hotel es hermoso. Habitación moderna y cómodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. ”

“Superbe hôtel dans la région des 7 lacs. Totalement écarté, vous prenez l'air. Très beau bâtiment, vue slendide. Très belles chambres Restaurant et petit déjeuner de qualité Piscine SPA...”

“Adorei a estadia! Tinha ducha escocesa, piscina térmica e outra do lado de fora, academia pequena. Tinham lebres que ficaram na frente do hotel e os quartos tinham um banheiro com 3 separações e banheira. A cama é grande, macia e confortável. Um café da manhã divino! Uma ótima experiência!”

“The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around.”
