We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. “The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. The bed is extremely soft and i sunk in my spot - poor sleep as a result. They also only provide one doona - no sheet and it was either boiling hot (with donna on) or freezing (with doona off). However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm).
