“The hotel is on the third floor in a building. The room has high ceiling and is big enough. The breakfast room envirinment is nice and the staff are nice. But the room facing the road is noisier at midnight.”

“Historic building brought to into the modern era in a tasteful and sympathetic way. The addition of a small bar within the hotel (perhaps added to the roof terrace) would add value to guests not wanting to venture far on an evening following a day of exploring. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and had a very nice bathroom. The hotel is close to some great sightseeing and restaurants too. We would stay here again. ”

“Diese Unterkunft ist mitten in Genua auf einem ruhigen Platz gelegen. Dieser bietet auch ein Restaurant, ein Café und eine Bar, sowie das benachbarte Hotel, in dem die Rezeption des Nuvole gelegen ist. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Empore, auf der das Bett war. Unten dann ein Wohnzimmer. Die Treppe ist steil und schmal. Würde ich mit kleinen Kindern oder Gehbehinderung nicht empfehlen. Kenne aber nur unser Zimmer. Für uns war die Raumaufteilung perfekt Von hier aus erreicht man alles im Centro……

“Excellent location. 1 min walk to beach, restaurants and super markets. Recently renovated rooms and well lit hall way. Noise from plumbing of bathroom is loud and could be annoying.”

“Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread or croissant available on buffet when this was served! Suggest that changes need to be made”

“Excellent location. Clean modern rooms. Friendly, helpful live-in manager. Just be warned that the rooms are on the 4th floor (American 5th floor) and the elevator is not always fuctioning. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Brignole railway station. The hop on hop off us stops right in front of the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Market Orientale close by. Location is perfect. Even if you have to get on a cruise, it’s only 5 mins by cab. Marie at the reception is really nice and helpful!”
