Nach 22 Stunden Fahrt mit einem kleinen Kind hofften wir auf ein Entgegenkommen. Der Mitarbeiter sagte, dass das Zimmer garantiert ab 15 Uhr fertig sei, aber voraussichtlich schon gegen 13:30 oder 14 Uhr bezogen werden könne. Leider war das Zimmer um diese Zeit nicht fertig. Wir warteten zunächst im……

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”
