“The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy lakeside house! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the river is very tranquil, perfect for relaxing mornings. Lots to do in the area, perfect for big groups. Host was so helpful and very kind. We would definitely stay here again!!”
