“Overall, it was really good for us. The bed was older, but the cushion was firm and real good. Bed sheets were clean and bed was made for us even when we didn't ask for our room to be tidy'd up. “Property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, as well as downtown Monmouth. Staff member at reception was helpful and friendly. Only negative was the loud noise of traffic on the main road at 6:00am and someone close by using a gas-powered leaf blower at 6:10am. Our room was located closest to the main road.”

“It was good the beds are soft which is a good thing. We stayed 1 night this hotel is about a 20 minute drive to Spirit Mountain Casino which we went to for some fun. Drive is good from hotel to Spirit Mountain Casino. So if anyone is looking for a very reasonable priced hotel not too far from Spirit Mountain Casino then this is the place to stay. “I recently stayed at the Galaxie while in town for OSU graduation. This is not typically where I stay when I come to town, however, due to the high demand of lodging, Galaxie was our option.
