I text the host about it because it was 98 degrees outside and before we got back from downtown Sean had the AC fixed and cool inside! He sent us a text that it was back on and apologized for the inconvenience. It didn't inconvenience us in anyway because we were in town anyway but we were very impressed with……

“The location was great as it's a 10-minute walk to the downtown restaurants and Distilleries. We were in for Derby week and enjoyed the unit which is in a restored building. Only minor issues were the sound of the foot traffic from the upstairs unit and lack of an iron/ironing board as the girls wanted to freshen up their Derby outfits.The surge pricing was astronomical but normal price per day is very reasonable. ”

“The property looks as listed in the photos and feels much more spacious than a normal 2 bed 2 bath. It has all the amenities you’d need and is in a good location as far as walking downtown.We had a minor issue getting into the apartment; however, the manager was able to correct the issue relatively quickly. ”
