“We stayed for the weekend and it was amazing. The location was so convienent and located well within walking distance or a short uber ride to activities. The property was so clean and beautiful. “We stayed here when we had our first trip planned to Churchill Downs. Before we headed downtown we noticed the air kicked off and the touch screen thermostat in the hallway went black. I text the host about it because it was 98 degrees outside and before we got back from downtown Sean had the AC fixed and cool inside! He sent us a text that it was back on and apologized for the inconvenience. It didn't inconvenience us in anyway because we were in town anyway but we were very impressed with……

“This was the PERFECT location for our little family trip to watch WWE! Walking distance to Main Street and all the attractions, right around the corner from the Louisville Slugger museum— fabulous stay! ”

Very quiet and easy access to interstate for our daily travels. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Louisville area!!”

“This was a great location a few blocks from the excitement of the Bourbon Trail and waterfront activities. Short walk or easy Ubers. Due to colder and rainy weather we did not get to experience the roof top. My husband has balance issues and he was able to handle the wide spiral staircase. The owner provides coffee/tea included. Then other snack or beverage items are setup on a payment honor system for your enjoyment. Location is very secure.”

“Location is everything and this VRBO has everything! Really great for adults doing the Bourbon Trail and enjoying the NULU area. All bedrooms have access to their own bathroom which is a huge bonus to adult friends traveling together. The unit is SO walkable (and safe) to all the happening restaurants and bars in NULU. Very clean and comfortable with great decor. Thanks Sean for answering all my questions with speed, you are a wonderful host!”

“Good downtown area, location convenient for our plans. The loft was great and the uniqueness of the Henry Clay building added value. The property was clean and well maintained and as advertised. The only "issue" was don't plan to sleep late in the upstairs loft BR.... when the sun comes up with all those windows, you don't have a choice.”
