“The house is excellent. The common areas are really excellent and are easily large enough to accommodate the advertised capacity of the house. This includes the spacious and private outdoor area. The pool table is also a great bonus. The bedrooms are nicely appointed a spacious. The hosts are very responsive to questions. I gave a mid rating on location and neighborhood simply because of all the homeless. The area is great, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance so……

“Stayed the night in Louisville for the racing Louisville soccer game. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had and made a great hangout spot during the rain. Backyard was very nice. I wish we could’ve enjoyed it on a drier weekend but still pretty. ”

“This house has a lot of space to spread out and is beautiful and very comfortable. You can easily walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops in just a few minutes and there was plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. The house is stocked with books, games, and all the essentials. and the hosts were very responsive.”

“Our one night stay was great! This townhouse had everything we needed to accommodate our family of all ages. We were very glad that there were sound machines in each room because it is located in a busy area and there was quite a bit of road noise and sirens happening throughout the night. Our only downside was finding parking. This was not the fault of the property owner but be prepared to walk a ways if it’s busy and the spots in front are taken.”

“This property was very clean and was just what we needed. There is a full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, sink). The owner thought to provide extra blankets and pillows in case they were needed. It was close to so many restaurants and excellent nightlife! We were able to walk to so many different places. The street parking was easy to find.”

“We stayed here while we were waiting to move into our house. Upon arriving initially I wasn’t sure the house was going to be what we booked. However upon getting in, it was perfect. It was very nicely decorated and there is a ton of space for families or large groups. The outdoor space is lovely. When we arrived there was a few issues, but Tyler was a rockstar and immediately fixed all the issues we had. My kids especially loved the arcade machine. ”

“The house was great. No complaints about anything inside the house. Location was good in walking distance to restaurants and bars. Only downside was the noise level from 2 AM to 5 AM on a daily basis.”

“Cute house with comfy beds. Third bedroom could use a bed instead of a futon. You need to bring an air mattress if you need three bedrooms. There was only one trashcan in the kitchen. Adding some trashcans in the bathrooms would be helpful. There was a strong odor in the house, but there had recently been flooding in the area. The host brought over an air purifier as soon as we notified them. The floors were not the cleanest as you could feel grit under your feet when you walked on them ”
