“À l'occasion de la réservation nous avons effectué un paiement partiel. À notre arrivée, l'établissement n'avait pas reçu ce paiement. Nous avons dû payer la totalité. Nous sommes étonnés que ce premier versement n'apparaisse pas dans notre dossier et espérons ne pas être prélevés deux fois... Le montant total était également différent. Cela manque de transparence.”

“This place is in massive disrepair. Very outdated and there was black mold in our bathroom. The door was broken and peeling away in the bathroom. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows barely have any support. The only positive is the staff are friendly and helpful and the food was good in the buffets. It has a lot of potential but definitely needs a renovation”

“Since the hotel is connected to 3 other Evenia's, it was too crowded at the pools mainly! During dinner the same. Kids pool area is at Evenia Olympic, main pool connects Park & Olympic and another pool area for Palace. Several snack bars at each area. Enough to eat during the day but variety stays same. We didnt expect also a lot... Mini club is big with gaming consoles for bigger kids, and also play areas for small kids. Mini disco area and shows at night is small and the bars crowded at……

“Staff were ok some rude but man manager was excellent. Only one issue we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they wouldn’t allow us cause we were only staying for two days which I couldn’t understand as it’s based on per day rate. ”
