“The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly.”

“This place is FANTASTIC. Fabio and his family are amazing people. The view is absolutely amazing. You cannot get tired of it. Keep in mind that this place is out there. There is a 2 mile+. poorly maintained road that you need to take to arrive. Once you reach the house it is 57, steep steps to walk down to the house. You will get a workout staying here. Stop at the Carrefour that is 5 miles away on the way to the house to grab water, mosquito spray, and "zampironi" at least. The mosquitoes are……

“Wir (7Personen) und zwei Hund haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und dennoch jederzeit Kontakt zum Vermieter. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist sehr geräumig und die überdachte Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit der Ort zum Zusammensein. Zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dauert es ca. 10 Minuten, zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten, wobei der Fußweg steil aber auch interessant ist. Während des Aufenthaltes hatten wir nicht immer WLAN, die Vermieter haben sich jedoch……

“Die Küche war dreckig, die Töpfe haben geklebt. Der Kühlschlank war ebenfalls dreckig und zum Teil kaputt. Wir hatten kein heißes Wasser. Im Grill was noch die alte Asche vom Vorgänger. Der Vermieter war zwar sehr verständnisvoll, wollte die Wohnung auch gleich putzen lassen, was allerdings den ganzen Tag gebraucht hätte. Wir sind dann vorzeitig abgereist. Der Vermieter hat uns leider nur einen kleinen Teil erstattet plus Endreinigung verlangt!! Zudem hat er auch zu viel Kurtaxe berechnet.……

A mio avviso questa villa si presta per una vacanza in pieno relax ma stanziale cioè non si deve pensare di poter visitare tutti i giorni le bellezze dell’Argentario.
