“We stayed in the property at Christmas while visiting family. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed all the light from all the windows. I especially appreciated the holiday decorations, which were such a thoughtful touch. We will stay again when we all visit.”

“We based our trip around this area for us it was perfect. We went north, south, east and west and did about 1000 Miles in 10 days.The Hoist was helpful and was there to shows in on the day we check in. He got rid of the old microwave and replace it with a new one and there was differently NO BED BUGS.The Accommodation was basic with the two rooms, the carpet was old but clean a little untried around the edge's. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The microwave fridge unit worked OK for us as……

“This place is perfect in every way. Centrally located and very comfortable.”

“We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024…it was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured online. It was a 10 min drive to Disneyland and close to many shops and restaurants. Prior to our visit I had sent a few messages to the hosts with various questions and they were always quick to reply. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip back to the LA area…highly recommend! ”

“Tara’s place is great! Comfortable, nicely appointed, with everything you need. The outdoor space and the hot tub are both a bonus. The best part was the location. We walked to so many areas of Laguna Beach, and exploring the Orange County coast was easy with this place as our home base. Great access to Crystal Cove and a ton of beaches. ”

“Look. For the price. And location. If you need to be in this area and not pay too much. This is the spot. Like others have said it is clean enough but I am sure no one has done a deep clean to the unit I was in for quite some time. Pockets of the floor felt like sub floor was rotted out. Smell of some aort of mold? Something. Super noisy birds and area can be loud. But it has a good bed, TV, bathroom, what more do you really need?”

“I usually start with positives so here it is… The local brewery down the street was the best part of this place! Awesome food, beer and service. Upon checking in to the Inn, we were asked to wait outside while the person on the desk checked in someone on the phone? Super strange? When we got our room it looked like it was a bit run down, the pictures were definitely altered for VRBO There was “smeared” something on the bathroom wall. Parking is quite tight, good luck if you have a truck or……

“This room looks to be renovated fairly recently. Room is small but sufficient, bathroom is large with a double shower! The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. Overall a good deal for the price!”

“The layout of this place was so perfect The owner utilized the 800 sq feet very well. In addition, this tiny home was superbly decorated, with some very high end materials. This tiny home was perfect for myself and my girls for our celebratory trip. The owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. Thank you very much!! This will be a trip we will always look back on with very fond memories!!”
