“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”

“We only stayed one night enroute home to the UK from The Algarve but we loved this hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and well located for the beach and a short walk to the busy shopping area. We pre booked to park and were able to charge our car which was much appreciated. We ate in the Hôtel restaurant and the food and service were outstanding. We are already planning to return. ”

“Dans la plus pure tradition des palaces de plage et de l’hospitalité à la française, le personnel du Grand Hôtel nous a fait vivre une expérience mémorable. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite ravissante avec mille attentions tout au long de notre court séjour. Spa très agréable avec une piscine d’eau de mer et excellent petit déjeuner en terrasse. Le meilleur de Saint-Jean de Luz et du luxe à la française”
