“My family enjoyed all the space to spread out and this particular property was beautifully decorated. Many thick towels which we appreciated. Actually chose this property for the reclining chair that was used for sleeping nightly and for the close location to Dana Pt harbor and PCH. No regrets!”

“A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. ”

“The location of this property is amazing, and you look out at the bay and lighthouse (the restaurant of which is great!). And, it is only one house row from the beach, so getting out to the surf is very easy! And, with the parking, you don't have to worry about getting that in the always busy Balboa!The challenges - the parking is one slot (typical) but uncovered, which is not a huge deal. It shares the lot with 2 other spots, and this spot is by the trash cans, so you have to navigate that. The……

“Very enjoyable trip. Great view from the property. The good weather enabled us to enjoy sitting out in the back patio. We spent a lot of time downtown. We loved walking the beach trail and going to the pier. We also had a chance to visit Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano. ”
