“Being so close to the beach and a tub for the kids, not to mention the outdoor shower and foot rinse available before stepping into the house was really advantageous. Also enjoyed the fire pit at night while the kids were asleep which was close enough to hear if they woke up/needed anything. ”

“We absolutely loved the view of the bay and the ability to take paddle boards from the garage across the street for use whenever we wanted. The street is nice and quiet and you can walk across Balboa to get to the beach very easily. Also, the beach around ninth street and around there is not too crowded. The previous reviews were very helpful in knowing that you had to walk through the master bedroom, if you wanted to use the bathroom from the bunk room at night. That was not a big deal for us……
