The master shower barely trickled water, the hot tub had dirty towels floating in it, and neither the hot tub nor the pool worked at all during our stay. On top of that, the listing failed to mention extra charges for pool use — a completely misleading and dishonest practice. They called me 1 hour before check in and told me they were going……

“While traveling through Temecula my friends and I thought a day at the spa would be a good idea. We just stayed one night and all was really good. Our host let us check in early as the cleaners were done. That helped us out immensely. The kitchen is not too well stocked, but we didn’t need it so we ordered Uber eats and enjoyed a fun time in the nice living room. Everyone had a great bed. We left early and enjoyed Glen Ivy all day.”

“We had a fantastic week at this cute, cozy bungalow. We came from Wisconsin and met up with family to celebrate our son’s wedding. The home was extremely clean. I even felt comfortable stretching out on the living room carpet to do my daily exercises. The shower had lots of hot water and both beds were comfortable. There was a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet at night. Brittany is a sweetheart and very responsive.Jean and Dave”

“Sang was beyond communicative and accommodating with tips on everything on where to eat and local traffic! Made our stay incredible! House was just as described and felt bigger. Great location close to where we needed to be to drop off daughter at local college. Def felt like home away from home for our stay!! Will stay again!”
