“Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!”

“It's always so hard to find a place with dogs. This surpassed my expectations. House was clean, stocked with enough basics, check in process was seamless, and my two dogs were allowed. ”

“First of all you have a beautiful home!! The neighborhood was very quiet!! It fit our family perfectly!! We loved the pool & hot tub that is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t gone to Disneyland!! It could have had a rack to put our dishes on to dry! Also a keurig coffee maker is faster & easier than a drip coffee maker! There was a slight ant problem in the back yard but when we called Jeff he right away made plans to correct it!! I mean, it's Newport Beach; that speaks for itself.
