“条件一般不好，前台始终只有一个服务员，没有表情，没有沟通，话很少，没有专门的保洁员，前台一个人全负责，所以前台经常没有人，入住时房间卫生不好，有前面客人遗留的东西，平时房间没有人整理，隔音不好。入住时收费比预定价格高出很多，无解释，完全不值这个价格。”
