“This fabulous top floor ocean view unit really has the wow factor. We had a wonderful stay as the location is perfect to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The convenience of having an equipped kitchen and garage parking made our stay all the more relaxing. Kevin responded promptly to all our questions and pointed out the rooftop deck which is perfect for enjoying the sunset.”

“What a delightful stay! I felt spoiled from beginning to end. Proximity to the pier was fabulous! the complementary drinks and stocked kitchen was also appreciated. The ONLY negative comment is that the upstairs tenants need to be told to walk and talk quietly before 8 am. I was woken up both days at 6:30 by them. Other than that, I had a great time, and will definitely come again.”

“We had the most amazing time staying at this awesome 3rd-floor penthouse! My two friends were in from Vegas, and I live locally in Costa Mesa. The penthouse was perfect—spacious, clean, and with stunning views of the Pacific. I slept in the living room on the surprisingly comfy Murphy bed, with the sliders open to hear the waves at night. Pure bliss!We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a variety of drinks to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I had brought snacks, drinks, and……

“We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! ”
