“We were a family of 8 ranging from from 7 to 80 years old who stayed here for 5 nights. Lots of room, beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, games, Lego, pool table, hot tub, pool and the house was clean! About a 10 Uber to Disney, walking distance to local stores. Food for Less was close with great prices! LOVED the large living room large dining room table! Great communication with owner who was very responsive! We would stay here again and highly recommend! ”

“We had a lovely time staying here we gave a 4 star rating because of the poor shower in the master bedroom and a shower leaking through from upstairs airs into downstairs bathroom. The house was in a great location and we loved the space we had. We were all very comfortable and had a lovely time”

“House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace was an extra nice touch. Location can’t be beat! I would stay again! Garage is actually a good size for two vehicles but a challenge comes into play because there are trash bins in the alley from the market. Without those trash bins you have plenty a room but since they’re there, one vehicle is probably ideal. One small thing to note (I didn’t rate down for) was the cleaning crew arriving after we were told we could check in early.……

“The pictures are accurate and this is just a hop, step and jump from the beach and a lot of good dining options, especially if you like fresh seafood. I mean, it's Newport Beach; that speaks for itself. It's an adorable little place that has all the amenities one should need for a beach trip.When we did encounter a small problem, the host really came through, responded promptly, and did more than make things right.
