“We needed a place to stay so we could be at our daughter’s graduation. This apartment was the closest we found. We were able to get to her in 15 minutes by car which made things very easy. Eric great about being in contact. He had a very nice assistant work with us as we arrived. Our flight was terribly delayed, and he stuck with us with kindness. Everything was clean. Excellent instructions easily found. Wonderful artwork and posters. Didn’t use kitchen except for fridge; however, easily could……

“The apartment is very nicely located. Excellent location! Unfortunately, there were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Besides, there was only one chair on the balcony. A chair and a table were missing so we could have sat outside.”

“My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed……

“The decor was innovative and creative, in pristine condition with thoughtfulness to added amenities such as plush terry bath robes, a gas burning fireplace. Walking distance (hilly, 20 minutes) to shops and restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had such a great time staying at this place in Newport Beach! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Natalie was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It really felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Newport!”

“Kitchen well furnished for cooking. It is a nice place but noisy. No AC which we didn't know so had to open sliding doors. Right outside one door is a stop sign about 75feet away so there is lots of engine noise at this busy intersection with all the cars and trucks accelerating. We were also awakened one night at 1:30 am from upstairs neighbors walking around. They walked around a lot. WIFI could not handle Zoom calls. ”
