“We always enjoy our week at Chase’s cottage. We celebrated Mother’s Day, had beautiful weather and were lucky enough to add a couple of extra days to our vacation. We looked forward to having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night out on the new deck furniture. Until next time!! ”

“Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. ”

“Second stay at this nice 2 bedroom in Corona del Mar. Love the front outside area and spacious family room. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants.Street parking is fine. ”

“Rikki was an amazing host! Everything was perfect! The deck had comfy furniture and there was even a BBQ (even though I didn't use it, just to know it was there was awesome). Loved the beachy decor in the cottage...so good. And... walking to the San Clemente beach is less than 10 minutes away!!”

“This home was very beautiful and met the needs of our family who flew into the area for a family memorial service, Frustrations with no remote for main tv, continual problem with lock on master bedroom, old dog poop in yard, very loud birthday party next door until 1 am Sat. night were some problems that detracted from our overall stay in this home. Host was communicative, and helpful most of the time. Overall we enjoyed our time here. It just could have been better if someone had made sure……

“We’ve always been smitten with the island and this lovely historical cottage was perfect for our extended stay. Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience!”

“We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. After numerous calls back and forth they agreed to cancel our booking and begin the process for refunding our money in full. I……
