“We love this location but the concierge was overly pushy this time and didn’t want to take no for an answer He was insisting that we sit through their sales pitch even though I kept telling him we weren’t interested. ”

“I didn't realize that the description in the posting I 'rented' was an OPTION. so, I didn't know to request the specific bed count config that I wanted (that was pictured in the posting I rented). So, I didn't. So, I got a different config that wasn't what we wanted. Everyone told me (then) that I COULD HAVE requested a 'special config', but if I don't know I need to do that.... why would I? Didn't seem 'special', seemed like what was pictured. Otherwise - kitchen was sparse, but……

“We loved the location and ease to the freeway, minutes from the Nashville International Airport. The property was very pretty and nice walking areas but a bit hard to find the condo unit#'s as they face away from the main areas. The building # is easy to see but not the actual condo units.The condo unit needs some updating. Carpet is coming apart at the seams, the toilet ran all night. And I would recommend letting people know to shut off the ice maker before going to bed because it was also……

“Nice timeshare unit, typical Westgage property. Hosts were very responsive to communication.Typical Westgate property, nice timeshare unit. A little farther from downtown than I realized but refreshingly quite. Only downside - Westgate did their absolute best at trying to sell the unit (overpromised/undersold on deliverables). Paid shuttle was extremely late causing us to be late to our paid concert. No apologies offered by resort. Would definitely work with the hosts again though, very……

“Stayed here with two friends. We're all adults over 50. Loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the covered patio, too. Easy drive to downtown Nashville and close to Gaylord and Opry Mills mall. ”
