“This VRBO was awesome! Four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Newer construction with great amenities, including a rooftop with a beautiful view of downtown Nashville. Loved the closet space, shelf space and we provided plenty of toilet paper and linens. Four stars for neighborhood …. lots of new construction, but appears to be an older neighborhood. However, it appears to be in the beginning stages of a lot more condos going up.”

“We had four adults and four teenagers here and it was perfect. Beautiful condo with four bedrooms and four bathrooms gave us the space we needed. We were a short ride from Broadway and within walking distance to many famous restaurants such as The Pharmacy and Mas Taco to name a few. The area is growing with many new condos being constructed. We enjoyed the rooftop but it could use a little TLC. Overall great place, would definitely recommend and would stay there again.”

“Exactly as described! Pictures the same as unit. The host was very responsive and we had no issues at all with the property! The common areas in the building were kept clean as well and we had a great stay! We will definitely book this property again ”

“Overall the condo was clean, roomy and in a great location. Lots of stairs, so as long as your group can handle that it will work. Only negative was the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked as far as glasses and dishes. We had 6 people in our group and there were only 4 drink glasses and 4 wine glasses.”

“The townhouse was close to everything. It was nicely furnished and had a very nice kitchen. It had everything we needed, including coffee when we got there. Truthfully, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the townhouse. We were there for graduations and had to attend many other functions and dinners. The garage was really nice to have.”
