“This 1-bedroom, 1 bath was nice, in a great location. Check-in on Friday was easy. The only exception is there was no heat the first night. 61 in the apartment. We resorted to using an old moving blanket we had in the truck. I reported it that night with no response. The next day, I reported it again, the heat came on and there was a promise that the cleaning staff would bring blankets...we checked out this morning, Monday, and there is still no blankets. At least there's heat.”
