“It’s a very nice cozy little apartment. Perfect for the two of us. Only a few issues. One definitely the smell and dampness feeling. Toilet runs longer than it should. And I had to manually flush a time or two. Though they mention in listing they have children upstairs. I will say, it’s not for everyone. However we had a great time and felt very safe and comfortable. ”

“This was the perfect little getaway for our anniversary. Quiet. Peaceful. Clean. Lots to do if you want or just sit and enjoy the view. Hosts were fantastic. Communication was great. Highly recommend dinner at Moby Dicky’s! ”

“Some friends and I were in Nashville for a few nights of concerts that were downtown. The apartment was nice getaway from the busy downtown. But also getting to downtown from the apartment was easy. We enjoyed the stay. ”

“Amazing property, cannot say enough about how incredible. My husband said the place lowered his blood pressure. Everything about the stay was excellent - location, cleanliness, description, extras in the home. They even left us some local banana nut bread and a few bottles of wine. Hosts were communicative and excellent. Will stay again.”

“I knew a sofa bed is not great but a mattress topper as the mattress was awful as there is not support and only metal bars. Also looked like a storm must of come through as there was a tarp on the roof and what used to be a roof porch was boards and electrical cords hanging down. The had cobwebs and a slight order. Also the door code did not work and had to call Stevens realty which were helpful in getting us into the place.”
