"1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange towels! It's really absurd! Aren't towels supposed to be provided for free by the hotel? I feel absolutely insecure and uncomfortable staying here! I'm giving a one-star rating only because I can't give less! I never want to come back here again!"
