“Perfect for casual family stay. Very clean, friendly staff, and indoor pool had screened sliders so it wasn't too hot and the smell of chlorine wasn't overwhelming. ”
“Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :) ”
“On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above”
“The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done quickly, we found things in the room like a used fork, a deodorant and a lipgloss on the floor that weren’t ours. Other than that everything was great. The emplacement is perfect. Also, Lydia at the breakfast buffet was really sweet! ”

“A variety of Food was available almost all the time. The pools were kept clean and there was plenty of lounging/gathering space. The only “complaint” would be that only one pool was open at a time-even though they have both an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel and grounds were well kept. I was worried about noise given the proximity to the airport but that wasn't bad. ”
