“I found the staff really, really nice...couldn't figure out how to turn on my TV....they came right up to my room and looked at the remote....Missing one battery!! They fixed it....couldn't figure out how to open the shower...they came up right away and tried to fix it! A lovely staff and the room was very clean! ”

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”
