“Our room was great; clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed. The bed was comfortable with lovely linens. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the ground floor elevator button was taped in place. The exit gate had a slot clearly labeled to insert your exit card but it turned out that you were actually supposed to hold it under a scanner. These little issues were unexpected for the price of the hotel.”

“Positives: Very helpful and courteous staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Negatives: Bathroom sink has extremely slow drain, which filled the sink with water. No hot water in the sink, even after running the water for a few minutes. Lighting in the in-room coffee station is unsatisfactory/non-existent. Couldn't see what I was doing. ”

“The room is just for sleeping and there is no drawer for clothes hangers. When asked, the office staff said that they don't provide any. So there is no cup for brushing teeth and no hot water kettle for making coffee. It is very simple and the charges are not cheap. The only advantage is that it is very convenient near the shopping mall.”
