“The room is just for sleeping and there is no drawer for clothes hangers. When asked, the office staff said that they don't provide any. So there is no cup for brushing teeth and no hot water kettle for making coffee. It is very simple and the charges are not cheap. The only advantage is that it is very convenient near the shopping mall.”

“Staff were amazing! Very friendly. The rooms were nice. There was very limited parking however. We had to park in the restaurant parking a lot next door. There were also a lot of homeless people hanging outside of the hotel property.”

“Going down and out of parking very tight! Housekeeper forgot to leave fresh towels, had to ask twice for towels.”

“The stafff was exemplary and were very courteous. I booked the room for my 98 yo mother and my disabled 68 yo brother. The staff brought me a roll away at no extra charge. We stayed for a night but could have stayed a week. The staff from A-Z made our stay very comfortable. Towels were ready and available as soon as we used our first set. My compliments to Johanna and the rest of the staff.”

“Eigth annual trip to Lodi and first time staying at the new Tru hotel. We've stayed at their compeditors and others in the area and Tru is by far the best Lodi offers for overnight stay. My trip was 4 nights. Everything was perfect excet for one con: There was traffic noise that started around 6:30am and I could hear foot steps from the room above around 6am. Hot Tip: Request a room on the fourth floor at the far North end. Yes, I will be staying at Tru next year for sure.”
