“While it is a pretty raustic cabin; there were several issues that needed to be fixed pruir to someone staying here. The stove started the smoke dector the minute we tried to use it. The toilet leaked. There are also two campers on this property so please be aware if you think youll be alone. We were thankful no one was staying in them. But all in all it was a good stay. If we had the time my fiance would have offered to fix eveyething for them! The offer is there though! ”

“Really cute cabin just far enough off the highway for peace & quiet, yet easily accessible. Place was well appointed and clean. Perfect for the two of us. Will certainly be looking into staying here again on future visits UP to the area. ”

“We had a group of 7 retirees staying at the Wolf Lake Lodge for a weekend of snowmobiling. The log home is beautiful and was furnished with everything we needed. Sleeping arrangements were a bit cramped since we had 3 singles in our group, this was not a surprise. Hanging all of our gear was also challenging, there is a lack of hooks and areas suitable for a group our size. The snowmobile trail access was about 7 miles by plowed rode. “We rented both this unit and the unit next to it for 2 families. This made us feel like we were all together. The front entrance does not truly show how nice this facility is as it is somewhat close to M41. However, the inside is great (all new) and the back deck overlooks Lake Superior for an amazing view. Would highly recommend. ”
