“We rented both this unit and the unit next to it for 2 families. This made us feel like we were all together. The front entrance does not truly show how nice this facility is as it is somewhat close to M41. However, the inside is great (all new) and the back deck overlooks Lake Superior for an amazing view. Would highly recommend. ”

“House was adorable and very comfortable for our family. We loved the screened in disconnected building. So nice to eat and read in there. Boys loved fishing in the pond. Grill was a bonus!! Thank you!”

“Very nice, off the grid home that easily fit our family of 17. So many things to do and see close by and more to see if willing to drive 30-60 min. The secluded home was perfect for privacy and the river provided entertainment for our family and the pups. ”

“This was a great property with a nice peaceful spot along the River. We saw beavers and heard owls and there was plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“Wonderful, quiet, peaceful lake. Home was quite clean but does have a very musty odor if you have allergies. King bed in the basement is 2 twin beds pushed together with a mattress pad on top which was comfortable enough but the middle does tend to sink in if you roll into the middle. Was quite hot upstairs without any a/c but the basement stayed nice and cool. Overall a very nice getaway if you are looking for off the beaten bath and beautiful UP nature/scenery.”

“Dan's cabin was clean and equipped with everything you might need. Beds were comfortable. The childreen enjoyed the foosball table and board games. The location also worked great for us - just a short 40 min drive to Marquette, 20 mins to Canyon Falls, and within 30-45 mins from sandy Lake Superior beaches. Thank you for hosting us! We would book again if we are back in the area. ”
