“I really enjoyed my stay. The Bucket Tree is very iconic, with colonial style architecture, lovely park-like surroundings and that giant bucket-shaped tree in front. I arrived in the middle of a heavy rainstorm, so really appreciated the warm and cosy room. I had a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was lovely and clean and the service was great. I stayed for two nights and my room was cleaned each day. Would definitely stay here again.……

“We had a short one night stay at this accommodation. The room was large, beautifully styled, with all we needed for an enjoyable stay. “It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! “I loved the little extra touches at this motor lodge, like the electric blankets, bottles of water in the fridge and a decent number of hot chocolate sachets for non-tea and coffee drinkers. There was a spa bath too which we didn’t use but it elevated the room above your usual motor lodge. We arrived quite late at night, after reception closed, but they had a nifty screen where you type in your name and phone number and your room key pops out. Made it really easy to stay no matter what time you……
