“A basic capsule hotel at the South Terminal of Gatwick Airport. Convenient location. The price is considered at a high side with its facilities. ”

“Parking on site is a plus. Cute hotel. A little outdated but very clean. Checking in was a breeze, nice lady at front desk. We had a drink at bar and appetizer from restaurant. Very good service and food. Breakfast was good in morning. Overall, nice stay and would return again.”

“Amazing stay this weekend at Ashdown. We were able to play tennis, use the driving range, lunch and walk around the grounds all before checking in. Room was beautiful and clean with a great view! Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast also great and generous portions. Service fantastic! ”

“Ideally situated for an overnight stay if walking the South Downs Way. Excellent Sunday lunch - we could understand why it was popular! The Landlord was very helpful in providing the best route to re join the South Downs Way the following morning. Unfortunately the nearby cafes were not open for breakfast on Monday - The Green Welly doesn't open and The Nutmeg doesn't open on Bank holidays! We resorted to buying two baguettes from The White Lion and having them for breakfast and lunch!”

“This property is very lovely location, it is quite far away from airport but not difficult to reach to hotel. Front desk staff are really doing great job Specially Kumudu assist us lot as well she did really good support to us. We enjoyed staying with this hotel during our holiday ”

“The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel building is beautiful and full of histories. The halls and meeting/functions are decorated with good tastes. We were allocated a room on the top floor, which was unfortunately very stuffy and warm, no central or wall mounted air conditioner other than a stand alone fan/cooler. The dinner was delicious though a bit pricey. The spa facilities are pretty good, but the steam room needs a bit of updating.”
