“This is really a nice unit. We spent hours on the balcony relaxing and watching the activity below. If you want to swim there is a pool, and the ocean with a life guard near by. Great breakfast place right next door (Tony and Joe's ??) and a great lunch place (Breakers) a short wall away. The is a nice boardwalk park near by. It is close to some great restaurants (The Garlic, the Riverview), plus the main street of shops, restaurants, and ice creme shops. This is a great stay for everyone!”

“This was a great spot for our family. Pool was warm, hot tub was hot, and the ocean was steps away. It was super helpful having the boogie boards, bikes, kayaks, surfboards, etc. We would definitely stay here again”

“My wife and I enjoyed the condo very much. It was well equipped with everything we needed and more than we expected. The host has thought of everything. The place is very clean and the views are amazing. We watched sunrises from one side balcony and sunsets from the other side. The only drawbacks would be the pool is still under restoration and the water pressure was rather low. Those were minor issues though. We would definitely book this place again.... ”

“My husband and I are 66/67 years old. We found the space adequate for the purpose of our stay which was to see our grandson in a national school competition. The area was very convenient. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The shower room is small and there isn’t a shelf to hold the shower supplies but none the less we figured out a way to make it work for us. There’s a nice view of the ocean from the bed. Construction was taking place directly below our window so that interfered……

“Very clean and accommodating condo located on New Smyrna Beach. Love the pools and beachfront access. Close enough to downtown Flagler Avenue yet a peaceful distance away. Host Barbara was responsive and accommodating with access to beach accessories and welcome bag, snacks. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Our stay was lovely! The condo had the amenity’s that were described by owner. The owner was easy to work with and the beach was amazing .. found some very good restaurants also! would definitely book again!”

The décor was cute and cozy, making it feel very inviting.While the condo was great, we felt the sheets could have been of slightly better quality—they were a bit stiff—and the master bed was firmer than we personally prefer. One of the guest room beds squeaked but was still comfortable. It would have been nice to have access to a throw……

“Great location and the condo was very nice. Great view, pool area was fabulous. Kitchen had everything you need (except a blender) :(. Door key box very challenging. Elevator closest to unit out of order. There was another one to use further away. ”

“So pleased with our stay on our spring break vacation for our family of five with kids ages 4-14. We had a second floor unit in the sea villas buildings, the property itself was well-maintained, beautifully landscaped, felt private and safe, and family friendly. It had stunning ocean views, a great pool (and pool area) for both kids and adults, was quiet, clean, and conveniently steps from the beach with walkways on both sides of buildings. Our unit was clean and spacious for the five of us, and……
