The furnishings are a little older and outdated but they are clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the pictures on the listing didn’t show the sandbags from the last storm. “We booked this condo for a short friends trip to just get away for a few days. The condos location and view was wonderful, just minutes drive to everything. The condo was exactly as pictured, all the neighbors were friendly as well as the office staff. Communication with the owner was easy and check in/out process was just as easy. Would definitely recommend booking this condo, you will not be disappointed!”

“My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and the Turkey Rod Run. The house is easy to find and in walking distance of shops, restaurants, mini golf and the beach. About a 20 minute drive to the Speedway. Kid’s enjoyed having their own beds and enjoyed playing the arcade games and ping pong/pool. We didn’t get to tryout the cowboy pool because of the weather. Two car garage was a plus and Chris was always prompt in answering any questions that we had. Will definitely stay again.”

“Our host Kim was awesome. Answered all our questions pre and post stay. Was available to show us around the unit and property when we arrived, unfortunately we were there visiting our grand daughter, who had other plans.The unit was clean and had fresh towels and linens. The unit supplied a coffee machine and a kuerig, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet tissue. AC and ceiling fans all worked to keep the unit comfortable at 68-70 degrees.The unit itself is very outdated and needs a……

“Condo was great…easy check in and check out…property had construction going on outside and in surrounding condos which we didn’t know about. We were not able to use parking garage because our truck is too tall. One night had to park in next door condos lot because there were no spaces in outside lot. ”

“Amanda's property was fantastic. The room was exactly as described and absolutely spotless. The check-in process was as easy as the room was clean and although I never needed to reach Amanda for anything specifically, she responded to check-in and check-out messages almost immediately.”

“Needing an interior upgrade. Definitely not as expected and pictures deceiving. Had to buy a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the door handle that was falling off. Hot tub wasn’t working and terribly dirty.”
